Unfortunately, the current version of Soledad doesn't support sorting the most popular post in 24 hours. We'll add this option in the future theme update.
In the future theme update, we will include the most popular posts from the last 24 hours. At this time, there are no more WP Cron configurations available from the WP Dashboard.

The problem may be the WP Cron can't work properly on your site. Please follow the document at this link to convert the WP CRON to System CRON and then check again: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-disable-wp-cron-in-wordpress-and-set-up-proper-cron-jobs/
