    Hi,

Please disable all the image optimization compress features and then check again. TheĀ Optimus plugin has compressed all the images.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

  • Paulina replied

    Did that but no change.

The theme is cropping and zooming the image that shows in homepage.

If I upload an image 255x300px it will show correctly but in bad quality.

But this only happens in new posts. Old posts are OK. Please check www.polinenlacocina.cl. Featured image for post "Tarta de ricota" is zoomed.

    Hi,

This is a problem with one of your installed plugins. Soledad theme can't modify the image quality.

To troubleshoot this, please disable all plugins (except for the ones that come with the Soledad theme) and then reactivate them one by one. This will help you identify which plugin is causing the issue.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.
