On my individual posts, I keep seeing the categories displayed in boxes (see attached image). While I use categories for organizing the information, I don't want to see labels of them. How do I hide these?
Also in this article for some reason the author meta data appears to be being added to the excerpt (see attached image). How do I fix this?

1. Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General → turn on the "Hide Tags" option,
2. Maybe this is a preview issue of the Elementor, I've checked the live site but haven't found the meta content: https://www.bon-vivant.us/2024/food-drink/gordon-ramsays-fish-and-chips/

On the second one I think you are right. I changed some settings in elementor and it cleared the issue.
