    When I add my menu in the top bar the menu shows vertically, not horizontally.

    Hi,

    The problem is that the WP-Rocket has removed all the CSS of the top bar menu.

    Please try to clear all the CSS cache or temporarily disable the WP-Rocket CSS optimize option and then check again.
