    I see that for my Soledad theme, Elementor Page Builder is a required plug in. I have it, but it's not activated. 

    Can I or should I remove it if I'm not activating it? (It's recommended to remove non activated plug ins for security purposes)

    Why is this required?

    What are the repercussions if I don't activate it?  Should I?

    Is Elementor Page Builder just a different way to write and create posts; a different platform? Like Wordpress Block and Classic editors? Is it just a preference? Why?

    What is Vafpress Post Formats UI and why should I download and use it?

    What is Penci Review and why should I download and use it?

    I don't use Mailchimp anymore and so I removed the plug in.

    Hi,

    1. You can delete the Elementor if your site doesn't build any content with this plugin,

    2. Some demos were built with the Elementor Page Builder, so this plugin is listed in the required plugins,

    3. Elementor is a live page builder that helps you create beautiful layouts without needing any knowledge of code,

    4. Vafpress Post Formats UI is a simple plugin that adds additional post format options to the post editor: https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-document/#post-format

    5. Penci Review is a plugin that assists in adding a review form to the post editor and embedding review data within the post content,

    6. You can remove Mailchimp or any plugins that you haven't used for your site.
