Please help with these Site Health Issues and the security message. I think I followed the correct instruction to auto update the theme. Thank you.

1) An active PHP session was detected

  A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.

2) Background updates are not working as expected (Security Issue)

Background updates ensure that WordPress can auto-update if a security update is released for the version you are currently using.

• Error The automatic_updater_disabled filter is enabled.
• Error All automatic updates are disabled.
• Passed No version control systems were detected.
• Passed Your installation of WordPress does not require FTP credentials to perform updates.
• Passed All of your WordPress files are writable.

Page cache enhances the speed and performance of your site by saving and serving static pages instead of calling for a page every time a user visits.

3) Page Cash is detected but the server response time is still slow

Page cache is detected by looking for an active page cache plugin as well as making three requests to the homepage and looking for one or more of the following HTTP client caching response headers:

cache-control, expires, age, last-modified, etag, x-cache-enabled, x-cache-disabled, x-srcache-store-status, x-srcache-fetch-status, x-litespeed-cache, x-lsadc-cache, x-qc-cache.

•  Median server response time was 1,632 milliseconds. It should be less than the recommended 600 milliseconds threshold.
•  There were 2 client caching response headers detected: etag, x-litespeed-cache.

Thank you for your answers. Please see attached image. I see Drop-in Disable Auto Updates plugin. I think this came with the Themeforest new updater when I had to follow the instructions to do updates for your theme. I did not add any plugins apart from Holsinger and Yoast SEO. 

Please advise how I get updates automatically as I thought this will be the case when we had the new updates from Envato Market  for theme updates.

With regards to PHP timeout. Its set 480 from the host, as I understand this is like 8min execution time which seem a lot to me. I didn't change it as the support team mentioned typically its between 30 to 120. I'm not sure why google console is giving a critical issue warning.  

Item 4 of your reply. To reduce the number of plugins installed, can I delete these three plugins without it causing issues for the overall theme. I don't need anyone to write and review articles. Kindly advise.

I deleted the three pencil plugins and asked the host to allow automatic updates.

I'm checking the site after removing these pencil plugins there is new issues. Links are not displayed as before when editing the post.  Reference to the post titled: "Dubai Property Price Appreciation: A Deep Dive into Soaring Values. " But when I view the link on google its showing the link, Only during editing is not showing its a link.

Also, I see 4 posts showing Orphaned content where as they have internal links. Please advise. Attached screen shot and you still have access to my site.

Thank you. I have followed your recommendation to use CookieYes.  

I don't want to use the Appearance > Theme site editor to make add and changes to the code as it may ruin my theme. Please advise where I write this code safely. I checked the customize General > GDPR policy > doesn't have anywhere to add code. 

Kindly advise.

Google Adsense are still not approving tbe site for the Privacy feature.

After installing the cookieYes app its not functioning properly and the tech team checked and replied back the following. Please advise how I can disable the optimization  conflict. Or its better to use another plugin with the theme. Thank you.
