I contacted you to solve several error problems with Soledad.
You spend 5 minutes, say it's the fault of a plugin and leave.
Then, when I uninstall the offending plugin and signal than the problem persists, you attribute it to other plugins and just say to uninstall your Penci Shortcodes & Performance plugin and that's it.
I have other optimization plugins with options similar to the Penci Shortcodes & Performance plugin disabled.
I've just deleted the Asset cleaner plugin, none of whose java script options were enabled, but which was there to fix a problem on a specific page.
But the problems persist.
I had to install wprocket's Lazy Load plugin because lazyload for videos wasn't working and all my pages with videos were flagged as heavy by google.but it is not responsible for errors that existed before.
So that's support now, you're just saying it's the fault of other plugins, and just say to uninstall your plugin, Bravo!
I've mentioned in your ticket that you've installed many plugins containing the JS optimization method, so the Soledad JS optimization isn't working correctly. If you want to use other JS optimizations from your installed plugins, you should deactivate the Soledad Optimization.
Now, let's describe the issue with your site. One of your installed plugins has compressed/minified the JS files that contain syntax errors. Consequently, when users interact with your site, the Soledad JS lazyload can't execute the JS code, resulting in errors shown in the browser console.
In this case, there are two options: continue using Soledad JS Optimizations and deactivate all other plugins, OR deactivate Soledad JS optimizations and use other plugins. I've encountered many sites with the same issue, so I just need a few minutes to diagnose it.
Except that I don't have any other plugins apart from Cloudflare, which normally doesn't interfere, to optimize the JavaScript.
You know that I want to use Penci Shortcodes & Performance, that I've made the settings so that it's the only one that optimizes javascript, but instead of fixing the problem, you just say that it's the fault of other plugins without citing them.
And as I said, I've disabled soledad's lazyload, so I don't understand why it's still active.
I paid a subscription fee for help and got ripped off by someone who really doesn't give a damn about customer problems!

Hello,
