    When I have WPBakery activated, the header and footer disappear from the site. I have PenNews version 6.6.6 and WPBakery version 7.5. I have verified this by deactivating WPBakery and seeing the header/footer visible. So interesting because I am copying the same configurations of rochesterlocal.com and twincitiesmom.com that both have PenNews 6.6.6 and WPBakery 7.5.

    I have attempted deactivating other plugins as well, and it appears to be just WPBakery as the culprit. Any ideas?
