Hello, I don't know what I touched, but I lost the picture at the bottom of my home plate. Can someone help me get my footer back? I attach a photo of the space that I have lost in my home. Thanks for the help

    Hi,

Did you click the Customizer Reset button? All the customizer styles seem to have been lost.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

    1. Please go to Appearance → Customize → General → Colors → Accent Color: change the color at this option,

    2. Navigate to Customize → Post Layouts → Standard & Classic/Other Layouts: turn on the Hide Post Author option,

    3. Go to dashboard → Soledad → Ad Manager: you can manage all the ad locations of the Soledad theme on this page,

    4. Go to dashboard → Soledad → Ad Manager → Header → Add Custom Code Inside <head> tag: paste the GA code at this option field,

    5. Please install the WordPress SEO plugin. I recommend installing either RankMath or Yoast SEO.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

    1. Your header was built with the Penci Header Builder, so you need to change all the color, spacing, and typography, ... by going to the dashboard → Header Builder: click "Edit with the Penci Header Builder" and then modify it.

    2. About the Footer content, please go to the dashboard → Penci Blocks: edit the Footer content with the Elementor Page Builder.

You should take some time to watch the video documentation below:

    Hi,

I've checked your site, the problem is that the "Auto Refresh Post & Page" contains the JS syntax error, so the post view count can't show correctly.

Please try to disable this plugin, clear all the caches and then check again.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

Hello, I have already deleted the plugin that auto-refreshed the home page and I have emptied the cache. But everything remains the same.
    What can I do more?
    Thank you

    Hi,

I've debugged your site, the problem is that the WP-Optimize plugin has cached the meta views key, so it doesn't increase via the AJAX request.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

If you want to enable and use Penci Google Analytics Views, you need to upload the Google API JSON file and configure the GA ID code to ensure it works correctly.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.
