    what's the recommended image size for featured image used with posts. I'm currently using 1200 x 797 px. But if I want to reduce this size for SEO and reduce loading time how small can I make the image. What's the constraints on the min image dimensions related to the page layout of the theme.

    Hi,

    All the images you've uploaded will automatically resize to fit the Soledad theme layouts, so you can upload images at their current size (1200 x 797 px).

    if I want to optimize for speed how do I change the theme featured image for all posts so it will be a smaller size. I want to reduce image hight for all posts. 

    Is it possible to change both height and width? Say I choose 1000x600px or a smaller preset size.

    For this example If I upload images at the same dimensions 1200x 797px and it will be automatically resized to the smaller 1000x600px setting i choose. Does this benefit speed for SEO..

    I recommend optimizing the image size rather than the image dimensions.
