    I would like to add this CSS code: 

    .yoast-table-of-contents { background-color: #cc9543; /* Replace with your desired color */
    }

    To customize table of content for ALL posts. Please advise where do I add this code for all posts.

    Please go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS: add the custom CSS code in this option field.
