I love the features, but I can't download some of the Penci blocks or templates inside the Elementor Pro page.
I get this error message: "The element can't be loaded from server."
My workaround was to install every theme that had the blocks or templates I wanted and upload them to my own library, but this is not doable anymore since I don't want to uninstall my current layout.
Is this something that can be fixed? What I loved about Soledad was having access to so many demos and themes, and I will be quite sad if this is not possible.
I already checked with my hosting provider, and they said it's nothing on their end, so I hope you can help.

There is no way to fix the issue with the server. You should try importing the block/template again after it fails. The server will check and continue working from the last state.

The problem is that your server can't connect to our demo data center to retrieve the demo data. Please try importing it again after a few minutes.Regards,
