Hi Penci Design Team,

I hope you are well!

I work with software and troubleshooting, so I feel defeated not finding a post where this issue was already addressed. Soooo, I will have to bother you a bit ;-)

I love the features, but I can't download some of the Penci blocks or templates inside the Elementor Pro page.

I get this error message: "The element can't be loaded from server."

My workaround was to install every theme that had the blocks or templates I wanted and upload them to my own library, but this is not doable anymore since I don't want to uninstall my current layout.

Is this something that can be fixed? What I loved about Soledad was having access to so many demos and themes, and I will be quite sad if this is not possible.

I already checked with my hosting provider, and they said it's nothing on their end, so I hope you can help.

So how can I fix the issue with the server?

I haven't been able to upload any of the templates or blocks I want for almost 2 days now... Is there a workaround or is it due to my hosting company? Does this happen a lot?
