Hi, I was checking the keyword optimisation of
one of my posts and noticed that words from the theme are outranking my
chosen keywords (and potentially affecting my overall post optimisation).
For
example in the picture below, I calculated the density for my main keyword
"kiwi juice", which should be 1.6%. Whereas checking my keyword
density using SEOquake, it only has a density of 1%, because it is being
outranked by "home with" and "with slider" from the
theme.
Is
there any way to remove these other words without affecting the theme?

Please go to Appearance → Menus: select the menu name "Menu" then delete all the imported demo menu names on this page.
