it's happening for all of the pages, we're not being able to see any video activity with the plugin you suggested to include, what would be the steps to correcting it with Yoast?
Yoast SEO only checks the content you've inserted into the main post area. To remove this warning, you'll need to add the video URL directly into the post content.
This issue occurs because the Soledad theme uses post meta to display the video as the background on single posts. You should verify the actual page URL with Google's Rich Snippet tool to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
we're not using youtube, and we're using your theme attributes to deliver the brightcove video player. Most of what you said below does not apply to our scenario. Would you rather just continue to speak through email instead of here?

because Yoast is not reading it, it's impacting the indexing of the site to not being a video page. how do we resolve this? It's not something we're ignoring. Your Theme is not allowing Google Search Console to read the page as a video page, or to see the video content.
What would you suggest we change in your theme in order to facilitate this change?
Thanks, ill pass that to my developer, but why would we have to index it as rich media, why does your theme not index for Video? How is this going to be changed?
The Soledad theme is compatible and ready for indexing with any content.
Let's check one of your video posts using the link I sent. Now, read the content below carefully, over and over again:

The issue is that the Yoast SEO Premium plugin can't check all the custom post meta fields, which is why you're seeing a notice similar to the one in the screenshot you sent.
The plugin can only diagnose SEO issues based on the main post content in the editor, but since the Soledad theme renders all post content from the post meta fields on the front-end, this results in a false positive.

Hi,
Every time I install Yoast SEO, my website crashes and provides a white page. Does this have something to do with the theme?
As soon as I de install the plugin, my website is back on.
Thanks!
Hi,
The Soledad theme is working correctly with almost all plugins.
For this case, please send me your WordPress admin account in a PRIVATE reply.
I'll log in and try to help you check this problem.

PenciDesign.
Yoast SEO does not work for our site either, it doesn't crash, but YOAST is not reading the video object.
What should I do?
Hi,
Could you please send me a screenshot related to this issue?

PenciDesign.
Sure attached.

Hi,
This is not an issue. The problem is that Yoast SEO diagnostics cannot scan all the post metadata, so it displays this error.

You can double-check this by contacting Yoast SEO support: https://yoast.com/help/support/#h-email

how do we use your theme to do that?
Hi,
You should ignore this notice because it is a false positive.
Alternatively, you can double-check with any WordPress theme using Yoast SEO Premium and Vafpress Post Formats UI. Yoast SEO often shows this notice.
