The problem is even present on your demo page - see screenshots. It has to be "0 comments" and not "0 comment".
Translation won't solve this. If I change "comment" to "comments", then it will say "1 comments", which is incorrect. You need to place the pluralized string on the theme level for cases when comments are 0 to correct this.
Inside Penci Blocks, the word "comment" is not properly pluralized when the comment count is 0.
It should be:

If I do this, it will solve the situation at hand, but create another problem. If I go ahead with this change, it will say "1 comments".
Again, the issue is at theme level. You should be applying the pluralized string to the 0 comments case, not the singular string.
Please escalate this to a developer, they will immediately see what is the issue.
