    Hi,

    If you want to show the full image, please go to Appearance → Customize → General → Manage Image Sizes: turn on all the disable options in this panel.

    Hello,


    Thank you for your help, i did what you recommended, it worked for the second image but the fisrt one is still  cropped as showed in the image I sent you.

    Hi,

    You should install the Media Cleaner plugin to remove old thumbnail images. You can find it at this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/media-cleaner/
