    Hello,

I followed the instruction for getting and applying the api key, the website still shows "

Youtube Api key is empty. Please go to Customize > General > Extra Options > YouTube API Key and enter an api key 🙂

    "

after I put the key in.

I found the not updating problem is because of the siteground cache, but the api problem still exist.

    Hi,

There is an issue with the connection between your site and the Google server, preventing the API from working properly.

Additionally, please downgrade the PHP version on your site to 8.0 to ensure all the plugins function correctly.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

I've checked your site, and the server is still blocking the connection to the Google server via the `wp_remote_get` method, which is why the YouTube videos aren't displaying.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi.

    1. I was able to log in to your site, and it works with our API.

    2. You need to take some action with your API key:

    1. Log in to the Google Developer’s Console
    2. Click the “Credentials” tab on the left navigation bar
    3. Under “API keys”, select the key you’re currently using with Soledad
    4. Under “Application restrictions”, ensure that “None” is selected

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.
