Reading Time & Weird Cookie Data

Hello! I have the Soledad theme set up at https://itsfordogs.com/ and I'm having trouble with a couple minor issues. I'm hoping you can help me resolve them.

The first is the Reading Time. I have the Reading Time settings enabled for my homepage and for posts, but it's only showing up on the homepage. On my posts, it should be appearing next to the publish date, but it's not.

If you go to my homepage, for example, you'll see that the post "Dog Shoes for Safety and Preventative Measures" has both the publish date and "12 minutes read" reading time displayed below the title. When you click on that post, it's missing from where it should be displayed.

I have the "Hide Reading Time" disabled on the Single Page settings in the Customizer.

The second issue I'm having is with cookies. I have the Complianz plugin installed and their cookie scanner has detected a number of miscellaneous cookies that appear to be theme references. I'm curious to know if these can be cleaned up somehow. I haven't spoken to Complianz about this yet, so let me know if you thnk it's best I reach out to them.

This is the full list being displayed as cookies under the "Miscellaneous" tab on my Cookie Policy page(https://itsfordogs.com/opt-out-preferences/):

    Hi,

1/ Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General → turn off the "Hide Reading Time" option,

2/ All the data you sent is delayed-load caching data saved in the user section. If you don’t want to use this feature, please turn off all delayed-load options in Appearance → Customize.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

The option to hide reading time is already disabled. The reading time is still not showing (see attached screenshot)

That's already turned on. I tried toggling it off and on again, but no luck :(

Are you sure you're using the right URL? I'm not getting a Server Not Found error at the link I sent you.

    Hi,

I've edited your site by modifying the template files. It is a small issue with the settings.

Please clear all the browser caches and check again.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

Thank you! Can you tell me which of the theme files were edited? I'll just copy those over to production.
