Hello, good day!  i am applying changes to the main menu, like changing names, position, etc.  But after click on Save, the changes are not applied.  Maybe its related to cache, but im wondering if i have to clear caches whenever i make those changes?  Will appreciate your advice

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Your header was built using the Penci Header Builder. To make changes, go to Dashboard → Header Builder, click Edit with Penci Header Builder on the current header layout, and modify the menu and other header elements from there.

    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

Yes, all the menu items are managed under Appearance → Menus.

Thank you, that is the place where i have to keep saving the changes and clear caches several time until i see changes on live site.  Why would that happen?

    Hi,

Could you please clarify your question so we can better assist you?

If your site is using a caching plugin, make sure to clear the cache after making any changes to ensure the updates are visible to visitors.

    PenciDesign.

Thank you, i apologize if the information was not clear.

At this moment i am configuring the main menu, so i am creating new categories and organizing them by main categories, subcategories, etc.  When i do this at: appearance>menu , when i click on save, the changes are not saved inmediately, when i reload the page, the changes are not applied. So i have to save it again, also i clear the cache to help on the process.  After a combination of:  "save changes" and "clear caches" , the menu changes are applied.

Im using litespeed cache.  I would like to know if this is normal or  my procedure can be improved.  I ask this because i think it must be easier:  just add a new category or item in the menu,  click o save and thats it !, the changes must be applied and able to see on the live site :=)

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

In this case, you should configure LiteSpeed Cache to:

    1. Disable the cache for administrators.
    2. Automatically clear all cache when new content is updated or published.

You can find detailed instructions in the documentation at this link: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

Please increase the PHP Input Timeout to resolve this issue:

    • Log in to your Hostinger control panel.
    • Go to Website > Manage for the domain you want to configure.
    • Under the Advanced section, click on PHP Configuration or PHP Info.
    • Find the max_input_time setting and increase the value as needed (e.g., 300 seconds or higher).
    • Save your changes.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

I’ve fixed the customizer loading issue, which was related to PHP compatibility and the new version of WordPress. We will improve and address this in a future theme update.

Please clear all the browser caches and check again.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.
