Hello, good day! i am applying changes to the main menu, like changing names, position, etc. But after click on Save, the changes are not applied. Maybe its related to cache, but im wondering if i have to clear caches whenever i make those changes? Will appreciate your advice
Your header was built using the Penci Header Builder. To make changes, go to Dashboard → Header Builder, click Edit with Penci Header Builder on the current header layout, and modify the menu and other header elements from there.
Thank you very much! but when i add a new category, or want to add a new menu or sub menu is the header builder the correct place or: Appearance>Menu ?
Thank you, that is the place where i have to keep saving the changes and clear caches several time until i see changes on live site. Why would that happen?
Thank you, i apologize if the information was not clear.
At this moment i am configuring the main menu, so i am creating new categories and organizing them by main categories, subcategories, etc. When i do this at: appearance>menu , when i click on save, the changes are not saved inmediately, when i reload the page, the changes are not applied. So i have to save it again, also i clear the cache to help on the process. After a combination of: "save changes" and "clear caches" , the menu changes are applied.
Im using litespeed cache. I would like to know if this is normal or my procedure can be improved. I ask this because i think it must be easier: just add a new category or item in the menu, click o save and thats it !, the changes must be applied and able to see on the live site :=)
Thank you, im doing the tests right now, honestly i see the same behaviour. Also i went to Appereance>Customize and it shows a blank page. I can see on the browser´s tab : Customize: Loading...
I’ve fixed the customizer loading issue, which was related to PHP compatibility and the new version of WordPress. We will improve and address this in a future theme update.
Please clear all the browser caches and check again.
