Blur behind the image caption

    Hello,

    I’m not sure where I can change this, but on all my posts, there’s a blur effect behind the image captions (like in the screenshot) that I didn’t have with my previous theme. How can I remove the blur effect?

    Thank you in advance, Michael

    Hi,

    Could you please send me a full-screen screenshot? Also, have you installed any image optimization plugins?

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

    This is a CSS overlay effect designed to enhance the contrast of the post content.

    If you want to disable it, go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS and add the following code:

    .penci-body-single-style-5 .penci-move-title-above::after,
    .penci-body-single-style-6 .penci-move-title-above::after,
    .penci-body-single-style-7 .penci-move-title-above::after,
    .penci-body-single-style-8 .penci-move-title-above::after {
      display: none;
    }

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.
