    After updating to the latest version 8.6.3, an error appeared in the mega menu
    For example:
    I have the highest category (parent category): category A
    Category A has 2 subcategories B and C
    When I enter article data for B and C, the mega menu Category A is blank, there are no articles or subcategories
    When I try to trigger the article of subcategory B or C and at the same time check the parent category A, then the result is available
    Previous versions worked normally.

    That's strange because we haven't made any changes to the mega menu content.  

    Which version were you using before updating to the latest one?

    I was using 8.6.2 before updating to the latest version 8.6.3. We tried a fresh install but the error is still the same
