I've checked your site, and the issue is caused by the BuddyPress plugin. This plugin inserts custom PHP functions into the menu page, which leads to the problem.
I've deactivated the plugin, and the menu is now working properly.

Please open your wp-config.php file and add the following lines at the top to increase the memory limit:
set_time_limit(3000); define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT','1024M');After adding these lines, save the file and check your website again. If the issue persists, let me know.

It's similar to my previous reply—you need to increase the PHP timeout value to 500 or 1000 and set the maximum memory limit to 1024M.
Your hosting has restrictions, so any changes made to the wp-config.php file are not taking effect.
