    I have a problem with the featured images on my blog posts. The image is blurry. This has been happening recently.

    My latest published article has this issue, and I’m currently writing a new one, but I’m facing the same problem. However, the image itself is perfect, but once it's in the article, it appears blurry.


    Example: 

    https://tas2cailloux.com/divers/comment-faire-un-soleil-en-etoile-en-photographie/ The feature image appeard blurry, but the file isn't :

    This doesn’t affect the other photos of article...

    Can you help me?

    Hi,

    You can change the image size for the single post featured image by going to:

    Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General → Custom Image Size for Featured Image.

    The probleme is not the image size, but the fact that feature image is blurry... I don't change anything from my other article, but on new one is blur...
    Why?

    Hi,

    Have you installed any image optimization plugin? When you upload a featured image, WordPress automatically resizes it to different sizes, including a smaller version for single posts. This might be causing the issue.

    You can force WordPress to display the full-size image for better quality by following my previous reply.
