Another issue I'm having is that I don't seem to be able to completely disable comments or use post excerpts appropriately. Individual posts do not have the comments area at the end of them https://linguatrips.com/en/prepaid-card-for-child-educational-trip/ but if I navigate to the posts via the category link a) the comment area is there and b) I see the whole articles instead of just excerpts.
I need access to your site to properly check the settings—it's not possible to debug or resolve the issue from the front-end alone, as the translation problem is likely related to the site or plugin configuration.
In the meantime, you can try the following:
Go to Appearance → Customize → General → Extra Options, then click the “Fix Polylang Translation Issue” button. After that, clear all caches and check the site again.
It's really difficult to debug and check this issue without access to your site dashboard. You should review the translated post settings and make sure each post is correctly assigned to its respective language.
Regarding the comment count, please go to Appearance → Customize → Posts Layouts → Standard & Classic, and enable the "Hide Comment Count" option.
Hello,
I have translated the Greek blog page https://linguatrips.com/el/our-blog/ of my site (using polylang) into English and although in preview it seems OK, when I post the page, the English one https://linguatrips.com/en/blog/ shows nothing but the footer.

Can you please guide me on how to fix these?
Thank you :)
sorry, the third link leading to the categories should be this one https://linguatrips.com/en/category/faqs-practical-info/

Hello,
I don't think I would like to share my admin login details.
Would it be possible for you to try and explain to me what to do? This way if a similar issue comes up again I may be to tackle it myself?
Thanks for your patience.

Hi,
I couldn’t log in due to an incorrect password. Could you please double-check the credentials and resend them?

Hi,
I’ve edited the English version of the blog page, but it didn’t work because you used “blog” as the page name/slug.
Please note that “blog” is a reserved slug in WordPress and conflicts with the default blog page, which is why it doesn’t function properly.

Hi,
I’ve fixed this issue by restoring the wpml-config.xml file.
Please clear all the browser caches and check again.
