Translating button and link in penci Header Builder plugin

Hi. I added a "TRY IT NOW" button to penci Header Builder menu. I need it to be translated to other languages on my site https://www.hoverwatch.com/blog/. I am using wpml plugin which you stated as compatible with your soledad theme. I also need the link URL to be different for different languages. I added the translation to Other texts (Strings). But there is no translation result. I contacted wpml plugin support regarding this issue. Their support could not help and advised me to contact you. Here is their response: "The Soledad theme and its plugin by PenciDesign are not officially compatible with WPML. We have attempted to collaborate with PenciDesign to make their themes compatible with WPML, but they have not engaged with our compatibility team. I can see on their Themeforest page that they state the theme is compatible with WPML. So, please get in touch with them for help with this issue. I'm sorry but we can't help from our side with this problem." Can you tell me what I can do to translate the button and link correctly? The button is on the right side, near the search icon.

    Hi,

About the header layout, please follow these steps:

    1. Create header builder layout for each language,

    2. Go to WPML → String Translations: Search and replace the following options:

    - pchdbd_all: header layout page slug

Enter the page slug you've created for each language on this page.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

The header builder layout for each language is created. But I can't find the following parameters: - pchdbd_all: header layout page slug.

Please advise what I am doing wrong?

    Regards.

    Hi,

Here is the screenshot of the area where you need to enter the Header ID:

I added the ID number for all languages in the specified fields, but the button still does not translate into other languages and there are no different URLs from the button. Please tell me what else could be the error with the translation?

    Hi,

I mean you need to enter the Header Layout you’ve created specifically for the custom languages, not the ID of the original languages.
For example, the French Header Layout ID might be 3040.

Hi, I added identifiers for each form in String Translations. But now for languages other than English the header for the site is not shown. Please make an example for one language, I will do the rest of the languages myself.

    Regards.

    Hi,

I’ve checked one of the translated headers, and it doesn’t contain any header elements — for example, the Spanish header.

Please edit each header using the Penci Header Builder. Drag and drop the necessary header elements, enter the appropriate text for the target language, and then check again.

    PenciDesign.

Hi, is there a way to export and import settings for Penci Header Builder? I will need to re-set up 12 languages.

    Regards.

    Hi,

You can export by clicking the Export link in the Penci Header Builder, then import it using the Edit link.

    Hi,

I can unload the settings, but there is no way to import them from a file, only preset options. Let's go back to the title using the Spanish language as an example. I created buttons for the Spanish version. When selecting it in the menu and going to the page https://www.hoverwatch.com/blog/es/, the Header is not visible. And as I understand it, the menu will not be translated, which does not suit me. What do you think?

    Regards.

    Hi,

You need to create a separate menu for each language, then assign it to the appropriate item in the Easy Header Builder layout.

    PenciDesign.

    HI,

I understand about the menu. But why can't I see the created header for the Spanish language https://www.hoverwatch.com/blog/es/?
