We're currently using Soledad Version 8.6.3 and haven’t updated to the latest version yet. We actually tried updating the theme before, but it caused errors and broke the site.
We have another website running the same version of Soledad, and updating it there caused the same issue — so we’ve kept both sites on the older version for now.
Please also send me the FTP account or enable the File Editor mode in your WordPress back-end. I need to enable Debug Mode before proceeding with the update process.
I've updated https://www.kitchenbathdesign.com to the latest version of the Soledad theme. Please check and let me know if everything is working properly.
As I informed you earlier that the site got broken after updating the theme, after you updated the theme the website broken again. All the content is now showing in the left sidebar. It's a live site, can you please revert it back ASAP?
The problem is that the SiteGround server is serving content from an old version of Soledad, which is causing your site to appear broken. Please clear all site cache and assets cache, then check again.

We've cleared all the caching from the server, still the site is broken unfortunately.
Is the website loading perfectly on your end?
If you can't fix the issue let's revert back the previous theme version to get the website back to the old but unbroken version ASAP.
Please don't do anything right now, we're working to resolve this issue and we'll let you know if we need you for further.
