Help Replacing “DIY&CRAFT” with My Own Site Title
Closed

I’m customizing Soledad on my site earthsongliving.com and I’m stuck on the header.

Right now, the brown bar at the very top of the page still shows the default “DIY&CRAFT” text.

    Here’s what I’ve tried:

    • ✅ Uploaded my own logo, but for now I’ve decided I just want text only in the header.

    • ✅ Looked through Logo & Header, General, and other Customizer panels for a way to change or hide DIY&CRAFT but didn’t find anything that worked.

    • ✅ Tried using “Add Site Title” in the customizer and some CSS, but the DIY&CRAFT text still showed or the header looked broken.

    What I want right now:
👉 I just want the header to show Earthsong Living as text (in the same place as DIY&CRAFT).

    What I might want later:
👉 I may want to add a logo in the future — but for now I just need to get the text title showing correctly.

    Can you please tell me:

    • Where in Soledad’s settings I can edit or replace the DIY&CRAFT text with my own site title?

    • If there’s a way to turn off the default DIY&CRAFT and display only text until I’m ready for a logo?

    • Which header layout works best for text now, and a logo later (so I won’t have to redo everything)?

Thanks so much for your help — I love the theme and just need to get this header showing my site name correctly for now.

    Best,
    Tina

    Hi,

Your header was built using the Penci Header Builder. To modify any header elements, please go to Dashboard → Header Builder, then click "Edit with Penci Header Builder" on the current header. From there, you can update the logo and make any other changes you need.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

Thank you so much! I'm totally new at web building and trying to use all the resources I can and worked in circles to figure this out! Tina
