    I was wondering if you could suggest a good way to advertise "Free Shipping Over $75" on the site. I would like something sticky that shows up, like a black bar at the top, or a floating button or something? The sticky "Free Shipping Over $75" should be able to link, so that I can have it go to a page that describes our shipping rates.

    Does Soledad have something like this? Any ideas for this permanent sticky?

    Hi,

    Please go to Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Store Notice: add the notice and check the "Enable store notice" option in this panel.
