I purchased the soledad theme and initially registered it on my staging website (staging.electricalmirror.net). After completing testing, I deleted the staging website.
Now, I am trying to activate the theme on my main website (electricocurrent.com), but the system shows an error stating that the theme is already registered on the deleted staging site.
Kindly help me remove the previous registration so I can activate the theme on my main website.

I cant create a ticket, but i have some error/bug.. so firstly, its weird you cant consult the developer about this - potentialy important stuff. secondly - why only 6 month support ? first time i hear about this sort of attitude towards support. I mean, ok , maybe - for corporate clients.. but like corporates do their own websites ...

Trying to revoke licence to use on other website. CAN see the revoke pane with "this page" link, and red button, but both lead to error page "dont have permission to access this page" (might have translated it wrong) . im using administrator account and website folder (on server) got 775 permission.

Hi,
I've revoked this license, please register it on the new domain.
In the future, please go to dashboard → Soledad → Theme License: click the Revoke License button if you want to transfer this code to another domain.
