Request for Help with Elementor Learning & Demo Import Issues

    Hello,

I’m creating a new ticket as advised, since my previous one was closed.

I recently purchased the Soledad theme. Initially, I wanted to work with WPBakery (Visual Composer), but I’ve now decided to use Elementor instead, as I believe it’s more powerful and has a better future.

However, I’m still new to Elementor and would appreciate your assistance with the following:

    1. Could you please share any official or recommended learning resources (videos or documentation) to help me learn Elementor effectively with the Soledad theme?

    2. I have faced two issues while importing demos:
      a. After importing, the demo images do not appear — only the layout is loaded.
      b. I cannot access the Blocks and Templates Library inside Elementor. It shows a message asking me to upgrade to Pro, while your documentation says it should be available with the theme.

📎 I have attached some screenshots showing both issues for your reference.

I would be grateful if you could kindly assist me in resolving these problems or guide me on what steps I should take.

Thank you very much for your time and support.
    Best regards,
    [Khalil Rahmani]

    Hi,

For both of your questions, please follow the document at this link: https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-document/#homepage

Regarding the layouts or demos that you couldn’t import — these are parts of the Elementor Pro version and are not related to the Soledad theme. Please follow the document I provided above; it will help you configure your site and customize it similarly — and even more powerfully — than our demo.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.
