Hi - when I installed the Newsly template, the standard logo from this template was never shown. I attempted to replace the logo with my own, which is 200x100 - but the logo only displays on mobile and isn't shown on desktop.

    1) How can I get it to display?

    2) What is the ideal logo size for Newsly on desktop? Mobile?

    Thank you

    Hi,

1/ Please upload the logo image by going to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Logo.

    2/ The recommended logo size is 350px × 160px.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Thank you.

Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Logo is exactly where I am attempting to update the logo from but it doesn't seem to work.

I have attempted this a bunch of different times using different logo versions and sizes. I have used your recommendation and attempted a new logo version that is 350px × 160px, but this still doesn't work. The mobile version of the logo displays without any issues while the desktop version of the logo will not display at all.

I am familiar with WordPress basics and I am not sure why I can't get this to work. Is there anything else we can try?

    Hi,

In this case, you should add more items to the main menu to make the logo visible.
Please go to Dashboard → Appearance → Menus, select the Main Menu, and add additional menu items.
