You can’t disable the Website field on the comment form because it is handled by the Jetpack plugin. If you want to hide this field, please disable the Jetpack comment form and use the default WordPress comment system instead.
The Jetpack comment form is provided by the Jetpack plugin, which is already installed and active on your site. Please refer to the documentation at the link below to understand how to modify it.
