For some reason that I am not aware of videos added to the theme play in the preview of the page but not live on mobile devices. The video was created in Canva and uploaded to the media library and linked to the video module used on the page. Not sure if it's video format or optimization. Could it me a theme or plugin conflict? Thank you.
