    When I try to edit with wpbakery, the message shown in the attachment appears.

    Hi,

    Please understand that you can only edit a page with WPBakery Page Builder if it was originally built using that builder. In this case, the page was built with the Customizer or Elementor, so it cannot be edited with WPBakery.
