    Hi,

    Could you please let me know the issues you encountered while installing and using the Soledad theme? Also, please tell me which demo data or style you would like to install on your site. If you’re unable to configure it yourself, we can help set it up for you.

    Thank you for the response.

    To clarify, I’m not requesting setup/support. This was an accidental purchase and the item is not needed for my project. I have already removed it and will not be using it.

    Please advise how to proceed with the refund. If the correct process is to submit a ThemeForest refund request first, please confirm and I will submit it immediately and share the request reference / purchase code.
