    We purchased a theme from you, but after installing it, we encountered a problem where the theme did not display.
    Please check.

    Please add your site content or import the demo data to display the full theme features.

    Thanks for the advice, I followed this path, but the plugins were not installed and the raw skin is displayed.

    Hi,

    1/ Based on the screenshot you sent, all the plugins are installed. You can check them at Dashboard → Plugins → Install Plugins.

    2/ All you need to do is add your site content or install the full demo, then check again.

    We did everything and received a message that the installation was complete, but the selected theme is not displayed. Can I send you the user profile so that you can check it and fix this problem as soon as possible?

    Hi,

    Your server has limited resources allocated to your site, so we are unable to install or configure anything. All tasks are timing out.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the resource limits. Once that has been done, please check again.

    Upload the 24h-news-magazine-rtl template online on your own host, make a backup with duplicator and send it to us, please.

    Hi,

    Please select an RTL language in Dashboard → Settings → General. The current language on your site is set to en-US, so it is displayed in LTR mode.
