    Hi,

    I'm trying to reply to ticket #4505467, but I receive the following message:

    "Sorry, the support license on this ticket has expired. The ticket owner will need to extend their support license and submit a new ticket."

    However, I currently have an active support subscription and have already paid for support.

    Could you please look into this and let me know why I'm unable to respond to the ticket?
